We are seeking professionals who prioritize precision, authority, and control to join our national practice across our Bangkok, Phuket, and Phang Nga offices.

Our Practice Philosophy

Unlike traditional retail law firms, we function as Legal Architects. Our team does not merely process transactions; we design the systems that ensure compliance, control, and sustainability for capital profiles ranging from USD 3M to 100M+.

Open Positions

1. Associate, Investment Structuring (BKK / HKT / PHG)

  • The Role: Designing and implementing foreign investment structures, including BOI, FDI, and Treaty-based frameworks.
  • Focus: Crafting governance designs and corporate architectures that align with international capital movement and tax efficiency.

2. Legal Analyst (Regulatory & Compliance)

  • The Role: Managing high-level regulatory intelligence and conducting deep-tier due diligence for hospitality, real estate, and maritime assets.
  • Focus: Ensuring every structure meets rigorous institutional standards and cross-border compliance requirements.

3. Strategic Client Relations (Private Mandate Support)

  • The Role: Acting as the professional interface for high-net-worth investors and institutional partners.
  • Focus: Maintaining an authoritative yet neutral tone while managing complex advisory relationships (Private Mandates).
